Junior Peace University – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Junior Peace Ambassador Program of the Junior Peace University, an initiative of Global Peace Institute (UK). By enrolling your child, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Details

• The program runs over 6 days, with 12 hours of learning.

• Each session is designed to be fun, safe, and educational for children aged 6–12.

• Children must attend at least 100% of sessions to receive the certificate.

2. Fees & Refund Policy

• The standard program fee is MVR 1000, payable upon registration confirmation.

• The optional Graduation Package (MVR 200) includes a medal, gown, and cap.

• Fees are non-refundable, except in case of program cancellation by the organizers.

3. Parental Responsibilities

• Parents/guardians are responsible for punctual drop-off and pick-up.

• Children must bring their own water bottles (food items are not allowed)

• Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of registration.

4. Code of Conduct

• We promote a peaceful, respectful learning environment.

• Any form of bullying, disruption, or harmful behavior will not be tolerated.

• Organizers reserve the right to remove a child from the program for serious misconduct.

5. Media & Photography

• By enrolling, you consent to photo and video recordings of your child during the program, which may be used for educational and promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish your child’s image to be used, please inform us in writing before the program begins.

6. Safety & Liability

• Every effort will be made to ensure your child’s safety.

• The organizers are not liable for accidents or injuries that occur due to unforeseen circumstances or failure to disclose medical conditions.

• In case of emergencies, first aid will be provided and parents will be contacted immediately.

7. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data collected will only be used for program coordination, communication, and updates. We do not share your information with third parties.
